The HR Generalist leads employee relations, company culture, and oversees recruiting, hiring, compensation, benefits, and employment law compliance for all Tennessee-based employees.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising appropriate levels of judgment and discretion.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Human Resources Development, Business Administration, or another related field
• 3-5 years' experience in a Generalist role
• Thorough understanding of Tennessee employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent employee relations skills
• Flexible when priorities shift
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Senior Drafter – LA
Responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and schematics to support project planning, fabrication, and execution. This role involves collaboration with engineers and project leads to ensure all designs meet project specifications and production standards, providing accurate and build-ready documentation across a range of projects.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in drafting or a related field, ideally within fabrication, entertainment, or experiential environments
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD
Familiarity with SketchUp, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and Revit is a plus
Strong attention to detail and precision in technical work
Knowledge of drafting techniques, standards, and symbols
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving project needs
Excellent communication skills for cross-department coordination
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and other design tools
Collaborate with engineers and architects to translate concepts into accurate technical documentation
Create 2D schematics and visual representations for design and fabrication teams
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards across all drafted plans
Review and revise drawings based on feedback or project updates
Support documentation for project bids and proposals
Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Attend site visits and document detailed notes of the venue/delivery site for accurate project planning.
Maintain and manage project budgets, tracking labor and expenses billed against each project.
Oversee all aspects of installation/load-in processes and manage project strikes.
Utilize 3D modeling software, including Rhino 3D, VectorWorks, AutoCad, and SketchUp, to support project planning and execution.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of project management experience in event production, experiential marketing, or related industries.
Ability to view models or read blueprints
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity w/ G Suite, slack, and Asana
Ability to manage budgets up to $500k and track expenses accurately.
Comfortable traveling for various shows across the country

Event Carpenter - Los Angeles & Nashville

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in live event or show environments.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents for live event setups.
Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials with precision.
Ensure all builds meet our high standards of quality, durability, and safety.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and executing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel for on-site installations and event setups.
